manager development product. Then the consultant who took it into the field —
workshops, executive coaching, large-scale change management. Hundreds of sessions,
hard problems, real outcomes.
Now I'm focused on what AI does to teams — and what good teams do with AI. Half my
time is the AI Fluency Program. The other half is building AI-native work systems for
the way teams will actually operate a few years from now.
